We pre-inspect the floors, looking for cracked tile or grout, we measure the areas we are going to clean, we recommend the cleaning packages, plus sealing of the tile and how much it will cost.
We start by applying a cleaner to the floor and letting it sit to soak to loosen the dirt on the tile and grout joints.
After cleaner has soaked in, we use high pressure and HOT WATER to clean your tile floors.
After cleaning we use commercial fans to dry it and swifter's mops to help it dry. so we can apply the sealer.
Once it's dry, we apply the sealer to grout joints, Sealer usually takes a few hours or less to dry.
